Step 1

Mix all seasonings and turkey together in a large mixing bowl and divide into 8 patties.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Cook patties for about 3 minutes on each side or until the inside is no longer pink. Overcooking will dry out patty.

Step 4

Transfer to a plate to cool. Repeat, using last tablespoon oil and remaining patty mix.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with ½ cup of berries.
