Romania on July 14 summoned the Russian ambassador Vladimir Lipayev. He was provided with substantial, sufficient and convincing evidence of a violation of Romania’s airspace by a Russian armed forces unmanned aerial vehicle on the night of 10 to 11 November 2025, according to a ministry press release that the Romanian service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty has seen.
