The Acting Chief State Prosecutor, Besim Kelmendi, was asked if he was aware that there is footage of AP on January 16 at the Recak mosque where it is believed he is seen next to Judge Danica Marinković.

He denied this, saying that if a photo of him in Recak before 2001 emerges, he will resign and leave Kosovo.

“Never, absolutely never, never, never in my life have I been to Recak until 2001. You can see whatever pictures you want, with whatever expertise, with whatever local and international experts, if my photo comes out and if I appear there as a participant, not only will I resign today, but I will leave Kosovo, I will leave and disappear from this world because I do not do such things,” he said.

“I wouldn’t have a problem if I had been there, I would have said it today, but it’s not correct to say something that doesn’t exist,” he added. /GazetaExpress/
