Investment Opportunity – Construction of Logistics and Distribution Center in Gazi Baba, Skopje

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy (MAFWE), within the framework of the Agriculture Modernization Project financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank), is launching an international procurement-focused webinar presenting a major construction opportunity for the construction of the Logistics and Distribution Center (Agri-Food Platform – AFP) in Skopje. The project represents one of the largest public logistics infrastructure investments in North Macedonia, financed by the World Bank.
The objective of this session is to present the upcoming procurement process, outline the main qualification and evaluation requirements, and provide early insight into how interested companies can participate effectively in the forthcoming tender. By attending, participants will gain a clear understanding of the project’s scope, expected contractor capabilities, tendering procedures, and compliance obligations under World Bank procurement standards.
This webinar is specifically designed for construction companies, contractors, engineering firms, joint ventures, and consortia with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, logistics facilities, industrial parks, or agri-food sector developments. It will also be of value to consultants, suppliers, and potential partners seeking to engage in future stages of the project.
