Traffic reopens on Croatia’s main roads after snowfall

In Croatia, the snow has stopped falling, except for light snowfall in the Slavonski Brod area, where up to 20 cm of snow fell yesterday.
Roads are slippery in most parts of the country. Due to low temperatures, ice can form on wet parts of the roads, especially on bridges and overpasses, especially inland.
There is an increased risk of landslides on the Adriatic Highway (DC8) and mountain roads.
“We urge drivers to adapt their speed and driving style to the weather conditions and not to set off without winter equipment,” HAK said this morning.
At the moment, these roads are open to all vehicle groups:
A1 motorway between the Sveti Rok and Posedarje intersections
A6 Rijeka-Zagreb motorway between the Delnica and Kikovica junctions
DC54 Maslenica-Zaton Obrovacki
Krk (DC102) and Pag Bridge (DC106). /Klankosova.tv
