      Last time i was asked to open my hood, i dont know, maybe 10 years ago? And only because i confronted police officer and he was searching for something to fine me for.

      Скорее нет чем да. Подобная шиза не распространяется дальше, чем частные случайности.
      Системных репрессий за цвета вроде нет, ни в РФ, ни, думаю, в белоруси

      Note that significant part of those commenting here aren’t in Belarus and haven’t visited for quite some time, so they have no idea what border guards would or wouldn’t do.

      Me, I personally saw people in white-red clothes in the streets of Minsk. I thought to myself, wow, are they stupid, or fearless, or what? Apparently though, mere combination of colours is not necessarily what gets you in trouble, it is perhaps more important what you do and how you behave.
