The article is vapor; there’s no concrete product, no demonstrable proof that it’s actually coming in a meaningful timespan, and perhaps most critically, no pricepoint. The iPhone worked because it was at a pricepoint that was accessible to everyone. A domestric robot would have to be the same.

You know, as I recall, there is a huge issue with Phones maintenance, etc… imagine that for a fully embodied robot for everyone.
Didn’t read the article but are we talking actual autonomous robots or something controlled by a guy with a vR headset in a warehouse in china?
