Peloton’s annual “Turkey Burn” tradition of live Thanksgiving Day classes took place this week on November 28, 2025.
This consisted of 4 different live classes – a “Feast” strength class, as well as live a live cycling class, run, and row. The list of live Peloton Turkey Burn classes this year was:
- The Feast – Full Body Strength (45min) – Adrian, Andy, Logan, Rad, Rebecca, & Tunde – 7:30am ET
- Turkey Burn Run (30 min) – Kirsten Ferguson – 9:00am ET
- Turkey Burn Ride (45 min) – Robin Arzon – 10:00am ET
- Turkey Burn Row (20 min) – Ash Pryor – 11:00am ET
While Peloton has held both running & riding classes for many years in a row now – this was the first year to hold a live Row on Thanksgiving Day. This was also only the second year for “The Feast” strength class – which was again taught by 6 different instructors.
Peloton’s “The Feast” Turkey Burn 2025 class.
Peloton had no major issues or downtime during their 2025 Turkey Burn classes this year – and saw slight increases in the number of people taking the running & strength classes live compared to 2024, while the cycling numbers were slightly down. This reversed a trend where the number of live participants had been dropping year over year since 2020 for every class type. You can see a table comparing the overall member count for each class over the years towards the end of this article.
Peloton’s Turkey Burn classes are historically Peloton’s most popular classes each year – with tens of thousands of people taking them live. This has led to major crashes & downtime some years (like 2023) during a Guinness world record attempt, which would then lead to an apology from Peloton’s CEO. Last year’s Turkey Burn classes in 2024 saw no major downtime.
This year, Peloton once again started off the festivities with “The Feast” strength class. This class was co-led by Adrian Williams, Andy Speer, Logan Aldridge, Rad Lopez, Rebecca Kennedy, & Tunde Oyeneyin. At the peak, there were around 12,363 members taking The Feast live in 2025. This was around ~2,200 more people taking it live in 2025 than did in 2024.

This was followed by Peloton’s Turkey Burn Run. In year’s past, this has been taught by Alex Toussaint, but in a change for this year, it was taught by Kirsten Ferguson. Kirsten’s Turkey Burn run had around 9,642 people live this year. This was an increase of ~220 more people taking it live in 2025 than 2024.
At 10:00am, Peloton held their live Turkey Burn Ride taught by Robin Arzon – the 12th annual Turkey Burn Ride for Peloton. This has typically been the single most popular class (in terms of people taking it live) for the past several years – and that trend continued this year. There were around 32,652 people taking Robin’s Turkey Burn class live this year. This was around 1,000 less people riding live than last year.

During the class, Robin announced 3 new instructors who were joining Peloton – Zacharias Niedzwiecki, Greta Dopp, and Johanna Ricouz.

Peloton wrapped up their live Turkey Burn classes this year with a new addition – a live Turkey Burn Row for the first time. Ash Pryor taught it this year, and there were around 914 people live. Since it was the first live Turkey Burn row, there was no live class in 2024 to compare it to.
The number of live participants stopped the downward trend we had been seeing year to year across all class types for people taking Turkey Burn classes live. Peloton’s Turkey Burn attendance peaked in 2020, with over 50,000 people taking the ride live.

In addition to the live Turkey Burn classes, Peloton also had several pre-recorded classes that were released to the on-demand library overnight. Those included:
- 20 min. Fit Family – Jess Sims & Tunde Oyeneyin – 11/27/25 On Demand @ 12:00am ET
- 30 min. Outdoor Turkey Trot – Matt Wilpers – 11/27/25 On Demand @ 12:00am ET
- 10 min. Outdoor Post-Meal Walk – Marcel Dinkins – 11/27/25 On Demand @ 12:00am ET
There was a special badge awarded for taking any of the 2025 Turkey Burn classes. In 2024, there had been separate “Live” and “On Demand” badges – but this year there was just a single badge that did not differentiate how members took the classes. You can find a full list of Peloton badges and how to earn them here.
Leading up the classes, Peloton shared that they would donate $1 for every person who took a Turkey Burn class on Thanksgiving Day to the Center for Healing and Justice through Sport (CHJS) in partnership with lululemon.
