      Is this adjusted for population growth? This is basically a list of places with growing populations.

      For Fayetteville, AR is it considering Fayetteville proper or the Northwest Arkansas metro area Springdale-Bentonville-Rogers-Fayetteville?

      So in other words… places seeing an increase in jobs… because maybe things changed in those regions to warrant it like population growth?

      Notice – no BIG cities that already have the population and jobs are in that list… at least not major ones I’d consider anything substantial.

      I would also want to know WHAT kind of jobs. I know for example – building homes in Dallas and Orlando has been off the charts crazy the last decade+ now – putting in developments all over the place where nothing but open land existed forever…
