Recently, I saw this unusual sight in a local Aldi. Although the product is the same, each packaging has different Nutri-Score label. There were more of these on the upper shelf, and approximately half of them had Score B and the other half Score C. Strange that nobody in production/distribution chain hasn’t noticed these errors.
So if you want to eat healthier food, I guess you should buy those with Score B, just in case 🙂

Just say no to any of that crap though… I’d rather eat just bread and cheese than any of these nasty ready made meals *shudder*.
It might not be an error, it’s possible that they changed the recipe or anything at all during production, that would justify the nutrition score to be revalued.
Nutri-Score is a joke! It only compares products within the same category. And apparently this ready-made product doesn’t even measure up to itself.
Nutriscore lol, tell me how it’s genuine and can be followed.
At least show their list of ingredients/nutricional facts too. How can we judge if there is a difference without those..
Nutri score ish eifsch nur en scam gönd ned uf de scheiss xD
Nutriscore is a relative score to other products in their category. The change in other products might affect one’s rating.
I find nutriscore useless. People have to educate themselves regarding nutrition. It is not rocket science.
„E“ in my book.
Different production/ lot numbers and consume by dates, so it could simply be a change in packaging mid-stream.
Are there any difference in the Calories or the Ingredients ?
nutriscore is garbage anyway. how can sugar kellogs cornflake from france be better according to nutriscore than the less sugar version from carrefour itself? read the ingredients and use common sense
what about the nutritions?
I can’t know for sure, but a plausible explanation would be that companies cook big meals before they portion them into small packages, and the nutri score may correspond to the big meal they made before packaging separately.
Maybe one of the Hirsches they butchered for this was fatter than the other one.
Pretty sure the way the score is calculated changed recently.
They changed the metrics for some parts.
From 01.01.2026 they MUST use the new calculations:
…. Umstellung: Die neue Berechnungsmethodik gilt für neu in Verkehr gebrachte Produkte seit 31. Dezember 2023. Für bereits gekennzeichnete Produkte gilt eine Übergangsfrist bis spätestens 1. Januar 2026.
From Google KI
Have you read the ingredients list ? I will not be surprised if they actually just changed the recipe.
Seems like the younger one did not study for the test. :>
Who cares about nutriscore?
In the UK they started with the Percentage of CO2 allowance. Who cares…
Your being trained to comply. Fresh veggies and fresh meet from the butcher is always healthier than processed food. Yes, you are allowed to eat flavored (aroma) chips. Just don’t do it everyday…
It is jot that complicated
Could be that the rules where changed between product runs/lot. ?
As other people said, recently the calculation method of the nutriscore changed. One of the changes is that bonus points for protein in meat got capped, so lots of meat products have now a worse nutriscore than before.
And i guess here you have products with the old packaging and some with the new packaging
