The Regulation on the Quality Information System has been approved, APA reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers has issued a decision on this matter.
The State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan must take the necessary measures to form and maintain the Quality Information System, as well as to organize its operation, ensure its maintenance, effective use, and development. Together with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, it must also ensure that the open data generated within the Quality Information System is placed on the “Open Data” portal.
In accordance with the “Government Cloud (G-Cloud) Concept,” the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, jointly with the Agency, must take measures to organize, implement, and improve the transition of the Quality Information System to the Government Cloud.
The State Service of Special Communication and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport must ensure the implementation of the measures arising from the requirements of the Presidential Decree No. 263 of September 12, 2018, “On approval of the Rules for the formation, maintenance, integration, and archiving of state information resources and systems, and on certain measures related to e-government.”
