Always wondered about semi detached. What’s the point of sharing a wall with your neighbour? Why does that make sense as opposed to sharing with two or zero? A lot of semis look like they’d be decent space if it wasn’t chopped down the middle.

For greece this is sort of inaccurate, a-lot of families own the apartment buildings and family members live in the apartments or they were large single family homes thT were separated into apartments for family members, only in athens is this mostly the case and even there i would wager this data is incorrect or atleast comes with a massive asterisk outside of major cities everyone has a detached home
