If Bulgaria ever joins your side in a war you should start looking for acceptable peace deals

Could you include Finland? Or is that such a weird case since it fought 3 separate conflicts during WWII.

Idk, it’s really hard to say a place like France or Britain “won” WWII.

It’s more like who lost the least. Nobody gains from that much loss of life.

  4. Bulgaria gets such a pass, I have no idea why. Hungary too to an extent, but I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone online talk about the atrocious crimes Bulgaria did in both world wars

  5. The country who did not win anything out of both WW should be the UK, I think. People say they won both wars but what did the UK win out of them? Any others?

  6. BULGARIA #1!!! 🇧🇬 🇧🇬 🇧🇬

Also btw, we switched sides in 1944 and 10k bulgarians died liberating Yugoslavia, Hungary and Austria. Way more than what we commited for the germans

And also to all the comments saying that we “won land despite losing”, we got the land before we entered the war.

  7. Those seem to be just countries that were formally part of the losing coalition.

Unfortunately the damage from giants stomping around isn’t limited to them.

  8. Well, my grandad fought alongside the Soviets in Hungary (1st Bulgarian Arm).

So we switched sides, once 3rd Ukrainian Front crossed the Danube and the prime minister resigned.

i remember years ago Walmart sold these twisted patriotic shirts that said “USA Back 2 Back World Champions “ and on the back it listed World War 1 and 2

Just a slight design critique but feels like the arrows should point from the country name to the country, not the other way around.

One could argue to put Romania here.

In WW1, they were occupied by Austria.
In WW2, they joined the Axis.
