They all lie to congress with impunity. It’s been pretty consistent. Rude, obnoxious and unwilling to say 2 + 2 is 4.

It’s hilarious how spectacularly every Trump appointee falls apart in these hearings. They’re so used to living in a MAGA bubble where morons believe anything they say, that they aren’t prepared for anyone intelligent asking them basic questions.
Kristi Noem is a mirror image of her boss, Trump. Laws and the Constitution do not apply to them.
