lol, these sanctions are just US Congress moral grandstanding. Every single president from George Bush to Biden to Trump has waived these sanctions every single year. No US president is stupid enough to antagonize an anti-Iran, West/Israel friendly country in the Caucasus.
Permanently removing these sanctions will just be a symbolic improvement in relations. Plus the US is cutting Foreign Aid, so it’s like getting access to an empty grocery store.ย
