
I am writing this because I have reached the point where I no longer have the strength to argue, to prove, to fight with MAIB.
I have been a customer for years. Yes, I still am.
- My salary comes through MAIB.
- Their application is, honestly, among the best in Moldova.
But the part you don’t see in the commercials is different: unpleasant situations, nerves, lost time… and in the end, zero commitment, zero apologies. Never.
So instead of wasting away in silence, I decided to do a simple thing: I’m going to publish a series of real, factual stories about how you’re treated when you become an “awkward customer.”
I’m not writing to “stalk” anyone. I am writing so that people can be more careful when choosing their bank and know what to expect.
