ELBA, Ala. (WTVY) -Authorities are searching for a suspect in a shooting at an Elba business on Saturday morning.
The shooting occurred at Dorsey Trailers after a dispute erupted about 8:30.
A supervisor at the business was the apparent victim. His condition was not immediately known.
Two people with knowledge said a terminated employee is the suspect.
Sheriff Scott Byrd confirmed that Coffee County deputies are among those aiding in the search for the suspect. He referred questions about the investigation to Elba police, who did not immediately release information.
According to reports, officers are searching for a white vehicle that left the scene.
