Hello, dear Latvians! Just wanted some advice from someone with any experience in this area. I live in a rented apartment and we wanted to make repairs a while ago (re-glue the wallpaper, etc., but nothing really happened, we had to keep the same ones that have already come off). There are now 3 types of colors in the room, the ceiling is cracked in some places due to the tearing of the wallpaper, but this week I filled it with acrylic, I need advice on what to do next after acrylic and what mistakes not to make, in what order. You just want a neutral look with a minimal budget, so at least it doesn’t look like this. I will appreciate the answers!

Neesmu lietas kursā par ierasto praksi, bet vai tas prātīgi remontēt īres dzīvokli? Tā būtu īpašnieka atbildība to par savu naudu remontēt un uzturēt. Nevis īrnieka.

Gan griesti, gan melnā strīpa gar griestiem un sienu ( izskatās pēc pelējuma) ,gan atlimejusās tapetes visdrīzāk ir no mitruma.
Remontēt īres dzīvokli nav laba ideja. Nav labi ieguldīt naudu sveša īpašumā.
Kā līmēt tapetes? Svarīgi ir sagatavot sienu, nokasit nost spakteli kas krīt nost un piespaktelet klāt kur nokrita, noslīpēt nogruntēt, lai siena tik ļoti neuzsūc līmi, tad obligāti janoklāj lime gan uz sienas, gan uz tapetes pilnībā. Limi baigi nežēlot. Labāk bik pa daudz nekā pa maz. Labāk pārsmērēt pāri uz grīdas, nekā pa maz uz tapetes. Tad vink ņem un līmē klāt. Kad pielīmēts klāt pie sienas, tad vajag ar kādu lupatu vai plastmasas dēlīti (ir nopērkams speciāls priekš tapetēm) izspiest visu limi ārā un izlīdzināt. Kad salīmēts svarīgi nevedinat telpas, jo tad atnāks vaļā un būs slikti.
