Maybe you can help me remember an educational program for young people from the early 90s

Around 1994-1996. (?) years ago, an informative and educational series of programs for young people was broadcast on LTV1, which I am currently looking for. I already tried google/GPT with all the keywords I could think of.

I also ran through the catalogs of CBS, PBS and some other British broadcasters from the early 90s, but I didn’t find them there either. Maybe someone else has a better memory of those times.

What I remember about this show:

• At the beginning of each series, there was a rather stylish CGI (3D computer graphics) made for that time introwhich showed a CD being lasered down onto a futuristic reader, featured a large wall of moving video thumbnails on the screen, and zoomed in on what would be covered in that particular episode.
• Each episode started with cheesy (for those times "stylish") introduces a phrase that sounded something like this – "Welcome to the learning screen database, from now on your TV is connected to our network. Your chosen topic for today is […]".
