Serbian citizen PM was fined 300 euros and expelled from the territory of Montenegro for a year after he wrote the graffiti “Montenegro Serbian Sparta” on NjeguÅ¡i.
This was told to Vijesti by Judge Ana Bokan, spokesperson for the Minor Offences Court in Podgorica.
“The Court for Misdemeanors in Podgorica, Department in the Royal Capital of Cetinje, fined a citizen of the Republic of Serbia PM a fine of 300 euros for committing a misdemeanor under Article 19 of the Law on Public Peace and Order. Namely, on December 14, in the village of NjeguÅ¡i, in a public place, the defendant insulted citizens of Montenegro on the basis of their nationality by writing in a tunnel, in which the words “NEK JE VJEÄŒNA CRNA GORA” were written in red capital letters, with black spray paint the words “CRNA GORA SERBSKA SPARTA”, and then the sign ‘4 letters'”, the court’s decision states.
By the same decision, the defendant was also imposed a protective measure – expulsion of foreigners from the territory of Montenegro for a period of one year.
