Never did it myself but Bianchi has Kapaun. We always went to Restaurant Blasenberg, Zug to have a succulent Kapaun meal!
Not sure if this Manor (https://share.google/W5pX9blO2DQzPy0UR) has a food store, but if you find a Manor with a butcher they usually have this kind of meat
