    Package marked “available at collection point” but post office has nothing anyone else?


    Does this happen to anyone else?

    I ordered a package from an online store and selected Bureau de poste Bettembourg as the collection point.
    Tracking says “Item available at collection point” since Dec 10.

    I went to the post office three times.
    They checked their system with the tracking/reference number, nothing. No record, no parcel.
    They told me to contact POST Courrier & Colis. I did.
    It’s been 4 days, still no reply, no update, nothing.

    So according to tracking, the parcel is “available”, but in reality it’s nowhere. / they lost my last package saying that adresse is wrong

      Happened with an amazon package last year. Somehow vanished between the slip of paper left in my mailbox (despite being home at the time) and the post office.

      I got my money back in the end but no package.

      similar happened to me today. According to the notification, the package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything, even though I was at home all day..

      I’ve had it a couple of times before. I think they’ll try and deliver again. Worked for me.
