* For Sukhumi, as a municipality flag doesn’t exist, I used a fictional flag adapted from the city coat of arms.
* Ochamchire and Gali, also lacking municipality flags, were given Abkhazia’s flag.
* Same goes for Java municipality, which uses Tskhinvali’s flag.
