Maiming non-combatants crossing your border is barbaric, only slightly worse than literally shooting out folks’ kneecaps if they try and cross.
And if you’re the type of monster who supports this – think about economic costs. Which country is going to incur healthcare costs as we suddenly have to treat massive numbers of amputations and war injuries. You don’t really think that Poland will be allowed to let random people bleed out on its border due to its decision to mine it with war armaments, do you?

It’s a sad necessity really. I don’t like them, but I think I don’t like russia even more.
Good thing our military and industry were always keeping AP mines in the back of their mind. This know-how may sadly be necessary one day.

Arent AP mines a warcrime? Whatever they are though i hope they never get to be used because they are the most destructive remnants of war. Decades pass and people still die of them, planted in some forests
