Hello guy, I’m here Regarding the blocked account, so basically when I first opened the account they ask me to sent some personal information so and so after they verified my document. The next step is video legitimation and I already did that since 11 December 2025 and still now there is no news or anything. Now 18 December, is it usually take this long or what happened? If anybody knows
