What I never understood was why SF has many streets with 2x street cleaning per week. The streets don’t get that dirty.

In LA 311 is one method of scheduling Bulky Item Pickup. I wouldn’t consider that a “complaint”, it’s how you access city services. It makes it hard to compare to cities where you schedule those services through methods not captured in this data.
