Electrica buys, from its subsidiary Electrica Furnizare, all the shares, owned in percentage of 100%, in the company Electrica Furnizare Grup SRL – Chisinau. The objects of activity of this company are: electricity production; trading of electricity and gaseous fuels; electrical installation works. The price at which the purchase will be made by Electrica will be established after an evaluation report.
