Unknown man, approximately 25 years old, 180 cm tall, of black African appearance, round face, short black curly hair, was dressed completely in black, wearing a black jacket, black hood or cap and black trousers.
Offense occurred at Oekolampadmatte, Basel.
Anyone who can provide relevant information is asked to contact the Criminal Police of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Tel. 061 267 71 11, or the nearest police station.

My friend was exposed to while leaving her home and she immediately called me. She didn’t want to bother with contacting the Basel police and I can fully understand it as they will sometimes treat you suspiciously. I encouraged her to anyway since she was newly living alone & it is always best to do.
A few months later she gets asked to be a witness in court because apparently this guy wasn’t just a flasher, he had actually raped several women and her report that day is what got him finally caught.

I hope that poor sexual offender will get, for life, a 5* suite with free 5 courses meals twice a day paid with our tax money, because if he has to be deported to his own country he will be in danger as I know those countries don’t treat well pedophile rapists, and mistreating people is very sad ♥
