The consumer confidence indicator in Slovenia fell to -24 in December 2025, down by 1 percentage point from -23 in the previous month.

Households were more pessimistic about the twelve-month outlook for the general economy (-33 vs -30 in November) and for their own financial situation (-15 vs -12).

In addition, concerns about unemployment heightened (19 vs 18).

Meanwhile, expectations for savings over the next twelve months were slightly less negative (-20 vs -22).

Sentiment regarding price developments (49) and major purchases (-30) over the next year remained unchanged.
