President Bajram Begaj reacted on Friday through a post on “X” regarding the recognition of the state of Kosovo by the Bahamas. Begaj expressed his gratitude to the Bahamas.

According to him, this decision is a contribution to peace, stability, and the strengthening of the international order in the Balkans.

“I express my sincere gratitude to the Bahamas for recognizing Kosovo, a meaningful contribution to peace, stability, and the strengthening of the international order in our region,” Begaj wrote.

The Bahamas has now become the 121st state to recognize Kosovo. During this year, Kosovo has been recognized by four countries: Sudan, Kenya, and Syria.
