If the statistics were

Then I would be concerned.

Is that even a true figure? Because it feels like either it’s straight up false, or a figure taken from something else.

Isn’t more than 99% in the US?

Brussels has much to offer with all the international HQs we have there are a lot of international employees who find love here or start families here. The EU bubble also has an impact. And then we do have outside of EU immigrants.
“Foreign background” how the fuck is that defined?
To use this information for anything I need a break down and a definition.
EU v non-EU, Xth and Yth generation of immigrant and even then how many “ native “ Belgians are in the family tree?
As long as the definition is not cleared out 88% I will treat as a succes metric of EU integration and international business in Brussels

He’s a foreigner himself in the US.
Such a loser.
“100% of the 14 children of Elon Musk have foreign background” “Wow!” “But no problem: they are all super white!”
The problem is not random racism but when racist billionaires control social media and governments.

Would be more interested in the background of the youth committing crimes. No anecdotes, no suppositions, but the actual data.
Edit: Found some evidence. For prisons located in the Brussels region the percentage of non-Belgian nationals is around 60–65% in regional observatory reports (safe.brussels).
