As we all know, most people usually fall into one of two groups. Those groups depending on which Mr. Tayto appears on your bag of cheese and onion crisps. And since the two Mr. Taytos is the only cultural divide to ever have existed in the entire history of this island, I wanted to create a flag that included everyone.
Inspired greatly by Daft Punk, the flag aims to provide an inclusive and fresh take on representing the people of Ireland, while also being a sick-ass flag that anyone would be proud to rep.

There should be a white strip between them to symbolise peace between the different taytos of our island. Otherwise i agree its a great idea.

It’s the perfect marriage. Republican Tayto in his formal attire is a consummate professional, he’d steadfastly represent you in court, witness a passport signing etc. Northern Tayto is that cousin you meet at every family wedding. Great craic, gets the crowd going and will ultimately negotiate with hotel staff to allow the residents’ bar to stay open. Combined they are the ultimate power couple. If we can unite these two, the world is our oyster…
