Albania has chosen its Eurovision 2026 entry: Alis has won Festivali i Këngës 64 with “Nân” and will represent the country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna.

Alis to Represent Albania at Vienna 2026

The 64th edition of RTSH’s long-running music festival took place across four nights from Dec. 17–20, 2025, at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana. The shows were hosted by Arilena Ara and Salsano Rrapi, with Elhaida Dani serving as artistic director.

Alis topped the combined scoreboard with 152 points, winning both strong jury support and the highest public vote total in the final of 23 competing songs. The winner was decided through a jury and televoting split, with public voting open to viewers in Albania and Kosovo.

First held in 1962, Festivali i Këngës is one of Europe’s longest-running televised music competitions and has served as Albania’s Eurovision selection method since the country’s debut in the contest in 2004. The festival remains a cornerstone of Albania’s music calendar and a key launchpad for both established and emerging artists.

The final results showed alignment between the jury and public vote at the top of the scoreboard. Alis finished first after leading the televote with 84 points and receiving 68 points from the jury. The combined result produced a 50-point margin over second place, indicating agreement between both voting groups.

Inis Neziri’s second-place finish was driven by public support. “Ta kam fal” received 70 televote points and 32 jury points. The jury awarded fewer points than the televote, which accounted for the majority of her total score.

The jury vote alone would have resulted in a different podium. Sheila placed first with the jury on 65 points and finished third overall after receiving 28 points from the public. Vedat Ademi and Endri Kaçaçi also received more points from the jury than from the televote.

Several acts relied on televoting to reach mid-table positions. Sara Kapo placed sixth with 49 public points and six jury points. 2 Farm and Luna Çausholli also received most of their totals from the public vote, affecting their final placement.

Zero-point results played a visible role in the final distribution. Four entries finished with zero points overall: Lynx, Evi Reçi, Kleansa Susaj, and Gresa Gjocera & Bledi Kaso. Each of those songs received zero points from both the jury and the public, placing them at the bottom of the scoreboard.

The jury vote alone produced multiple zero scores. Gerta Mahmutaj was the only finalist to receive zero points from the jury while still earning points from the public, finishing with seven televote points. No entries received jury points without also receiving at least some public points among the bottom four.

The televote was more restrictive than the jury vote. From tenth place downward, fourteen entries received zero public points, including all songs ranked between tenth and fifteenth. This concentration left several mid- and lower-table results determined entirely by jury scores rather than public support.
