Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest

RTSH also showed interest in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2003, however three other countries made their debut that year and Albania was unable to participate. In the years that followed, Albania managed to qualify for the final twelve times, while remaining in the semi-final on nine occasions.

Albania’s best result came in 2012 with Rona Nishliu and the song “Suus.”

Below you can watch the winning performance by Alis with the song “Nân,” which will represent Albania at Eurovision 2026.
