The finalists of Festivali i Këngës 64 have been chosen.

Following two nights of competition and a Nostalgia Night, the finalists of Festivali i Këngës 64 have been chosen. A professional jury chose the finalists.

The finalists of Festivali i Këngës 64 are:

  • Sheila – “Zemra e Tokës” (Heart of the Earth)

  • Gresa Gjocera & Bledi Kaso – “Busulla e zemrës” (Compass of the heart)
  • Ghiti – “Okej!” (Okay!)
  • Lynx – “Nuk kthehem pas” (I’m not going back)

The results of the Festivali i Këngës 64 final will be determined by a professional jury (50%), televoting in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia (25%) and international online voting (25%). Online voting will take place on the FiK – Festivali i Këngës app, which will also have a livestream of the shows transcribed in Albanian and English. The winner will represent Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna.

Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest

Albania made its debut at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2004. Albania succeeded in their first showing with Anjeza Shahini’s “The Image of You”, finishing 7th in the final. Albania has competed in the Eurovision Song Contest every year since its debut. Since the success of their first appearance, they have reached the grand final a further 11 times. They bettered their 2004 score in 2012 with Rona Nishliu’s song “Suus”, which finished in 5th place with 146 points. This was their first time reaching the top 5 and their best placing to date.
