New Empark site near Trnava offers diesel, HVO100, e-charging, and soon hydrogen, plus secure parking and driver amenities.

Eurowag has launched its second truck park in Slovakia at Empark near Trnava, offering a unique multi-energy mix for heavy-duty vehicles. Following the first site in Malacky, this new location strengthens the company’s network across key transit routes.

The facility includes two dedicated Eurowag lanes and services for transport companies. Drivers can access diesel, HVO100 low-emission fuel, and electric truck charging via a 400 kW HDV charger that adds 300 km of range in 45 minutes. A hydrogen station is planned for 2026, supported by a green hydrogen project expected to produce 160 tons annually, cutting CO₂ emissions by around 1,000 tons per year.

“As a transit country for international truck transport, Slovakia is a frequent stop for our domestic and international customers, so the development of modern truck parks with sufficient capacity and services is an important step,” said Miroslav Novák, Eurowag Country Manager for Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Beyond fueling, Empark provides 150 secure parking spaces certified to TAPA PSR 3 standards, the only such facility in Slovakia, plus amenities like WiFi, luggage storage, and a restaurant.

Eurowag operates at over 250 partner stations in Slovakia, including five premium Eurowag Prime sites. The addition of Empark reinforces the company’s commitment to sustainable transport and driver comfort.
