More information about Delfts Blue tiles

I was working in the centre of Utrecht and after getting rid of the concrete flooring we found another wall deep under the ground. This wall was covered in old Delfts blue tiles. I was able to detach a couple of them (slightly intact)

I want to gift a couple of them to my girlfriends family, who are not from the Netherlands, to give them something from my culture. I want to be able to tell a couple facts about these tiles, how old etc etc.

Chatgpt tells me its around 300 years old, but I’m hoping someone could give me more detail.

I hope people in this group can tell me a little bit more about these tiles!
