The Greece-Cyprus-Israel Joint Action Plan and the Greece-Israel Defense Cooperation Plan for 2026 were signed on Monday (Dec. 22) and Tuesday (Dec. 23), respectively, in Nicosia.
As the Hellenic National Defesence General Staff said in an announcement, the two actions include, inter alia, conducting joint exercises of all branches, joint training sessions of special operations forces, high-level staff meetings, and holding talks on issues of common interest.
he signing of the two plans further strengthens military cooperation among the three countries and boosts their role in the support of peace, stability, and security in the Eastern Mediterranean region.
