Why does someone in Evere need to make a motion about Palestine / Israel in their local commune? That is no way the responsibility of a communz so sounds a lot like performative politics.
PS. To my knowledge Bouchez was already president of the MR at the time of the local elections. So it was good enough when he could get an electable position…
