    Workers’ advisory office: The employer requested the worker to return the winter holiday in cash


    Violations are already occurring in the payment of winter holiday pay, for example employers’ demands that employees return the amount transferred to them in cash, and misappropriation of overtime into this new right, warns the Workers’ Consultancy.
