The system is accessible through the Your Monaco app as well as a dedicated government website, reflecting the Principality’s ongoing efforts to improve accessibility across public spaces.
The tool relies on sensors embedded directly into the road surface, which detect whether a disabled parking bay is free or occupied.
At launch, 68 on-street accessible parking spaces across Monaco have been equipped with this technology, enabling drivers to plan their journeys more efficiently and reduce time spent searching for suitable parking.
In addition to live availability, the interactive map provides detailed information for each parking space, including its precise location and navigation directions via Waze.
The government has confirmed that the system will be expanded, with more on-street bays scheduled to be added in the coming months.
Public car parks are also expected to be integrated into the platform in 2026, further extending coverage.
Officials say the initiative forms part of a broader strategy to enhance mobility, independence and quality of life for people with disabilities, reinforcing Monaco’s ambition to become a more inclusive and accessible city.
