🇷🇺🇦🇿 A ceremony to unveil a memorial plaque in memory of the victims of the AZAL Airlines Baku-Grozny passenger plane crash took place in the Heydar Aliyev Square in Grozny.

The event was attended by the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia, Rahman Mustafayev, the President of AZAL Airlines, Samir Rzayev, the Head of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Chechen Republic of Russia, Galas Taymaskhanov, representatives of the Chechen Republic’s Government and Parliament, as well as the local Azerbaijani community.
