What’s the takeaway supposed to be here? That Russia is brazenly occupying a large part of Ukraine? We already know that. The real question is whether Ukraine can retake the territories it has lost. Even with NATO support, I don’t think it can. So I think it should pursue peace with Russia, even if that means ceding territory.
