We asked our followers one simple festive question: What’s the Christmas movie you rewatch every year?
The responses came flooding in and while the list was long and varied, a few clear favourites stood out across the comments.
Unsurprisingly, Home Alone topped the list, with many saying they rewatch both the original and Lost In New York every single Christmas. Close behind was The Grinch, in all its forms, followed by the timeless classic Miracle On 34th Street, with many specifically calling out the original 1947 version.
Other festive staples mentioned repeatedly included Love Actually, The Holiday, The Polar Express, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, Elf, and A Christmas Story.
Some followers also leaned towards more unconventional festive favourites, with Die Hard firmly holding its place as a Christmas essential for many, while others insisted The Lord Of The Rings counts as a holiday rewatch too.
There were also plenty of shoutouts for nostalgic classics such as It’s A Wonderful Life, A Christmas Carol, and family favourites like The Christmas Chronicles, The Nativity, The Nutcracker, and Jack Frost.
