“Having video proof of ICE violating your fundamental human rights is domestic terrorism”.

    Sure…makes total sense. /s

How long before these assholes start declaring trans or Black people as domestic terrorists?

Exercising your first amendment rights is now terrorism.

Bet you can’t guess what they think about second amendment rights.

I’m pretty sure there was a time when performing illegal raids was considered domestic terrorism.

They were just pushing ICE agents to post videos of raids as propaganda. Fucking clown shoes.

As long as you are on public property you have no reasonable expectation of privacy. Don’t like your own actions? Don’t do whatever it is that is being filmed.

Also, I would skip to live streaming. Technically I’m not recording it, the platform is. Blame Meta. Or throw some AI in for good measure.

Wow our corrupt government saying don’t do something that documents all the crimes and civil violations that are occurring?

    Nah, I trust dear leader.

  7. “The Americans that filmed and photographed Nazi death camps were the *real* evildoers”

    -Pete Hegseth, probably

  8. The “Justice” department has already decided that Americans just existing are domestic terrorists, because they’re icky.

So continue filming immigration raids. Because the only justice in America apparently only comes when you have a shitload of money.

  9. Lmao poor little fascists scared of losing control of their precious little narrative. Cry, it’s our constitutional right to record whatever the fuck we want in public. Don’t like it stay out of our streets

  10. The Trump administration AGAIN trying to take away constitutionally protected rights.

Republicans in Congress not impeaching and removing him are traitors to the ideals of our founding fathers.

  11. On the bright side, once everything is domestic terrorism then nothing is domestic terrorism.

  12. So when the DOJ releases one of their movie trailer videos on twitter showcasing ice agents arresting people, then the DOJ will charge the DOJ with domestic terrorism?

I remember when tactics like these were frowned upon because America is not North Korea or Germany in the ’30s/’40s but that’s none of my business.

  14. Zero case law supporting this, meanwhile lots confirming it’s constitutionally protected activity.

Hey journalists you need to call out the government for abusing labels and terms to manipulate people

    Stop being cowards

Except they are public servants there’s no expectations of privacy.

You do have to maintain a certain distance but there’s no law against recording them.

  17. People asked how Nazi Germany happened. It was so obvious. Why didn’t the people stop them.

Here we are 90+ yrs later…all the information in the world available to us in real time at our fingertips 24/7 and it’s happening again

No one is coming to save us. This is going to get a LOT worse.

I urge you to prepare accordingly.

  19. Truth is the enemy of evil. It’s pretty scary when our government would call truth a terror

And I say the Justice Department is an illegitimate organization run by an illegitimately appointed Attorney General, appointed by an illegitimately “elected” President, but that don’t make it true, cupcake.

I honestly cannot believe how often I had to hear about u.s. patriotism and 2A against tyranny, my entire life only for them to instantly fold the second it showed up.
