Dutch Christmas for many (not all) revolves around eating lots of miniature food from the raclette until you’re stuffed.
Meat, Fish, Potatoes and Veg on grill.
Mini pancakes, Mini Eggs made in the little pans on the lower level.

Just finished a gourmet with my Dutch in-laws too! Such a great way to feast!

Nice, we have one of these also, love it with potatoes, peppers, onions… Some nice salami on the side…
We buy the raclette cheese to melt in the mini pans underneath and pour over the roasted veg, so nice….
My ex is German and we used to do this with her family. We each had our own tray for the Raclette and used to put meet, veggies and fry them on the tray. Once cooked a load of cheese would go over the top for grilling.
