Terrible headline. Reminder to read articles.

“Nigeria’s Information Ministry later said that the government, in collaboration with the US, had “successfully conducted precision strike operations” targeting ISIS hideouts in the forests of Tangaza district in Sokoto.

However, it also noted that “during the course of the operation, debris from expended munitions fell in Jabo,” and another area in north-central Kwara state – though it stressed there had been no civilian casualties.”

  2. For everyone not reading the article and only going off the title and the top comments:

Nigerian officials have stated that a part of an expended US munition landed in the middle of a field 500m from a clinic. No one was hurt, no one was killed. It wasn’t the intended target and there was no real damage other that to the field. People are shaken up, rightfully so. Clearly something went wrong with a fired munition and it went off course, or something fell off of a munition/ engine or warhead separated somehow and landed in the field.

  3. Pete KegsBreath and Trump are looking for any targets anywhere…they have no idea what they are doing😂

  4. Listen. We’re permafucked. All of us in the USA deserve what’s about to come. All of you thick spoiled American brats (myself included) will go through an immense change. All you assholes just sit on your iPhones made from slave labor and watch tik tok propaganda directed by China. We are idiots.

It’s this kind of shitty clickbait reporting that is unneccessary and discredits media outlets. There is more than enough cause to dislike Trump but this isn’t one, it’s objectively a good thing to go after ISIS targets in Africa

  6. The Cheeto-PEDO and moron Hegseth made a boo boo ? You elect pinheads you get a shit show. I feel terrible for all the people they have murdered.

  7. This shitty article tries to paint the US as the bad guy when its obvious that they are helping to liberate Nigeria from the terrorists.

Imagine your village being bombed and then having to prove you weren’t terrorists. These are real people, not collateral damage.

  9. Is there really a need to fire missiles???
This looks like the US is overstocked and their missiles pantries needed to free some space… to stock newer, stronger and costlier ones, of course.
Later on, it mentions it was half a km away, but still, that’s way too close. Imagine, you’re a fearful God-trusting family, that just celebrated the birth of the main character in your religion a day ago, in community and family, praying, feeling happy… and you wake up to this.
“missile fired by the United States hit their village, landing just meters from its only medical facility”

“it came crashing down, exploding on impact with the ground and sending the villagers fleeing in fear.”

“The operation in Nigeria follows repeated claims by Trump of a significant threat to Christians in the country, with the president ordering the Pentagon last month to prepare for possible military action.”
Because this Nobel-Peace-prize-seeker needs to keep on making himself a saviour and gain as much adoration from the masses as he can. And this is how he believes he’ll manage it. ‘Dude, if you’re getting old and you need to feel strong because you think that’s what manhood means, join a gym, buy a Ferrari, go to a strip club; don’t launch missiles and cause disasters, when you, unfortunately, have your entire country’s army at your command.’ 🤦🏼‍♂️
