The National Maritime Authority confirmed that a total of 500 kilogrammes of food, 150kgs of clothing, 50kgs of hygiene products, and 150kgs of toys were collected as part of the initiative.
These items were delivered by the NRP Sines, travelling from São Miguel to Pico, with support from the Port Authority of Horta, reaffirming the Navy’s commitment to the well-being of local communities and strengthening ties across the Azores archipelago.
