Retail sales in Lithuania rose by 3.3% year-on-year in November 2025, easing from a downwardly revised 3.8% gain in the previous month.
This marked the softest growth since May, as activity moderated for non-food products (7.9% vs 10.3% in October), other non-specialised stores (37.7% vs 39.3%), and mail order, telephone, or internet (16.4% vs 28.6%).
On the other hand, sales increased for food, beverages, and tobacco (1.4% vs 1.1%), non-specialized stores (1.3% vs 1.1%), and audio and video equipment (3.2% vs 2%), while activity declined softer for automotive fuel (-3.9% vs -4.4%).
On a monthly basis, retail sales grew by 0.8% in November, following a downwardly revised 0.2% growth in the preceding period.
