Danish wind energy company Vestas has received an order in Italy from Edison to deliver a total of 102 megawatts, according to a press release.

The projects are part of a broader framework agreement totaling 400 megawatts, with the remaining capacity to be confirmed and announced once it becomes firm and unconditional.

The order comprises the Andretta-Bisaccia project, which will feature five V150-5.6 MW EnVentus wind turbines and twelve V150-4.5 MW turbines, as well as the Rocchetta project, which will include four V136-4.5 MW turbines. Both projects will be supported by a 10-year service agreement for operations and maintenance.

Turbine delivery is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2026.
